Business Analyst Manager Job Description

Skanska, a leading project development and construction group, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Manager to join its IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of business analysis functions, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance, workload, development, and KPIs of Business Analysts.
  • Define business challenges and primary objectives of new projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, gap analysis, and contribute to the business case.
  • Proactively handle incidents, problems, and change requests within the IT strategic support tool according to the IT Service Management Policy.
  • Ensure familiarity and compliance with the UK IT Risk Management process and procedures, and undertake IT Risk training and awareness as required.
  • Team and resource planning, and performance management experience.
  • IIBA or BCS Foundation qualification in Business Analysis.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
