Role Overview

In this role, reporting directly to the Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with the Commercial Partnerships team to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with Our Media brands and advertisers, as well as partnering with commercial colleagues to implement projects and manage administrative tasks effectively.

While administrative duties are part of the role, you will also be entrusted with a diverse range of initiatives and projects, making your contribution vital to our success.

Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess prior administrative experience and demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Proactive, positive, and professional demeanor, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive

Desirable Skills

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

  • Experience in developing project, marketing, and communication plans
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of social marketing and SEO practices
