Job Title: Marketing Communications Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Marketing Communications Coordinator to become a part of our team at Adamas Lux. In this position, you will assist the marketing communications department by contributing to the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives, content development, and promotional efforts. Your role will be essential in strengthening our brand visibility and connecting with our target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and refinement of marketing materials, such as newsletters, social media content, blog articles, and promotional pamphlets.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies across multiple channels.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure uniform messaging and branding across all marketing platforms.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide marketing strategies.
  • Help manage and refresh the company's social media profiles, including scheduling posts and interacting with followers.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, promotions, and other initiatives.
  • Support the development of presentation materials and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain precise records of marketing activities, budgets, and campaign outcomes.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
