In this role, you will assist in formulating and executing communication strategies, oversee social media platforms, and contribute to content development. Your contributions will be essential in amplifying our brand visibility and ensuring effective communication both within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread content for diverse platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press announcements.
  • Oversee and refresh social media channels, engaging with followers and assessing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, including promotional initiatives and media outreach.
  • Track media coverage and provide insights and reports on communication activities.
  • Help maintain the company's digital presence, including website updates and search engine optimization.
  • Manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Address inquiries from the media and the public, ensuring a positive representation of the company.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the communications team, including organizing meetings and managing correspondence.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
