About the Role

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and organized Booking Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Booking Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and undertaking a full range of administration and scheduling processes for Booked Admissions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Booking pre-operative assessment appointments and scheduling treatments
  • Managing waiting lists to ensure theatre and clinic capacity is filled
  • Providing support and guidance to other booking officers
  • Training new members of staff as required
