As a Senior Bartender at Sweeties, you will manage a comprehensive beverage service that transitions from early evening sunset cocktails to vibrant late-night lounge experiences. Your profound understanding of the latest trends in the London bar scene will enable you to craft an atmosphere that not only delights our guests but also surprises them, creating an unparalleled late-night bar experience that stands out.
Key Responsibilities
While we meticulously focus on every detail of design and guest experience, we maintain a light-hearted approach. 'Standard People' embody our brand; vibrant, dynamic, and engaging.
- Previous experience as a Senior Bartender or Cocktail Bartender, preferably in a high-energy bar, boutique hotel, or destination cocktail venue.
- We encourage applications from individuals with diverse lifestyle skills, including those from the arts, music, and entertainment sectors.
- Proficient in bar operations and service, with a solid grasp of both classic and contemporary cocktails, alongside a good knowledge of the London bar landscape.
- Highly sociable, motivated, and proactive; exhibiting professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Experience in opening shifts is preferred.
- Familiarity with Squirrel EPOS is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential, with the ability to handle evening shifts, including weekends and late nights, as Sweeties operates under a late-night license.
