About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cocktail professional to join our dynamic bar team at Burger & Lobster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails to a high standard, using a variety of techniques and ingredients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
