About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Information Analyst to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced Power BI solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Power BI Solutions: Utilize your expertise in DAX and SQL to create robust and dynamic data visualizations that meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Optimize and Enhance Power BI Solutions: Continuously improve and refine our Power BI solutions to deliver impactful insights and drive business decisions.
  • Communicate Complex Data Insights: Effectively communicate complex data findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring that our business leaders have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Improve MI Delivery Process: Leverage your Power BI skills to streamline reporting and increase efficiency, ensuring that our business intelligence team is operating at peak performance.
  • Provide Mentorship and Training: Share your expertise with junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee Governance of KPIs: Ensure that our key performance indicators (KPIs) are accurate, relevant, and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Manage BAU Work: Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that our business intelligence team is delivering high-quality results on a consistent basis.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess a deep understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Power BI Professional Accreditation: Hold a Power BI professional accreditation or be working towards it.
  • Proficiency in DAX, SQL, R, and Python: Possess proficiency or be working towards proficiency in these key technologies.
