Job Summary

NCG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for teaching and leading on the delivery of further and higher education courses in Hospitality and Catering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess students on a variety of full-time and part-time courses in Hospitality and Catering
  • Lead on the development and delivery of curriculum materials and resources
  • Contribute to the development of the College's academic strategy and policies
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students
  • Participate in quality assurance and enhancement activities

Requirements

  • Relevant teaching qualification and/or experience in a further or higher education setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Hospitality and Catering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to promoting excellence in teaching and learning
