About the Role

Home Park Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join their team as a Territory Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales expert to develop and grow the company's presence in the South West region, focusing on the commercial centers of Bristol, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative and service-led background, with a proven track record of success in new business sales within a consulting or professional services environment. They will be responsible for building and developing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the South West region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the company's expertise in accounting and finance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in new business sales within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of the accounting and finance industry, with a focus on small to medium-sized businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
