Key Responsibilities:- The Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and exceed budgeted outbound revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with key business partners, including local retailers, hospitality providers, and leisure operators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate and group bookings.
- Create and implement sales plans and strategies to drive business growth.
- The Events and Networking:
- Develop and execute a events strategy to drive business growth and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Plan and host quarterly corporate showcase events and networking events.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including sales and event managers.
- The Data and Due Diligence:
- Manage all deposits, pre-orders, and pre-payments with the venue management team.
- Record all leads and enquiries, and build all quotes on the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role is required. Good knowledge of CRM systems and business development principles is essential.
