Key Responsibilities:
  • The Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and exceed budgeted outbound revenue.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key business partners, including local retailers, hospitality providers, and leisure operators.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate and group bookings.
    • Create and implement sales plans and strategies to drive business growth.
  • The Events and Networking:
    • Develop and execute a events strategy to drive business growth and build relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Plan and host quarterly corporate showcase events and networking events.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
    • Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including sales and event managers.
  • The Data and Due Diligence:
    • Manage all deposits, pre-orders, and pre-payments with the venue management team.
    • Record all leads and enquiries, and build all quotes on the CRM system.
    • Develop and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role is required. Good knowledge of CRM systems and business development principles is essential.
