About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as People Support Advisors. As a key member of our HR Service Desk, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Support: Offer timely, effective, and professional advice to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Handle HR Queries: Manage a range of HR-related tasks, from employment documentation to right-to-work checks, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, update tracking systems, and provide regular reports on your activity.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure HR best practices and deliver an exceptional colleague experience.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Participate in HR administrative tasks and contribute to wider HR projects.
Requirements
  • Service-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive approach to solving problems and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Organisational Skills: Possess strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Multi-Channel Experience: Have experience handling queries across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and experience with HR systems like ServiceNow/Workday (preferred).
  • Generalist HR Experience: Possess generalist HR experience or recruitment admin experience.
  • Knowledge of Compliance: Have knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance.
