About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Senior Technical Engineer to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our ICT Directorate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our ICT Technical Operations objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and day-to-day operation of the server, application, and cloud services in line with policy and procedures.
  • Availability of the Trust's entire server environment, both physical and virtual, including the Citrix estate.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly System Centre Configuration Manager).
  • Ensuring that updates pushed out via the Endpoint Configuration Manager are fully tested and delivered in a controlled and timely manner.

Person Specification
  • GOSH Values
  • Educated to Masters Level or significant equivalent experience
  • One or more technical certification, such as MSCE, MSCA, MTA, MCSA, CCNA, CCP, CCA, VCA, VCP
  • Specialist training on at least 5 of the following: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Netscaler ADC, VMWARE vSphere 7.0, Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM MECM), PowerShell
