About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Products Associate to join our EMEA Regional Consumer Products team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and implementing Regional Hardlines Categories Strategies, collaborating with global, regional, and local teams to drive business growth and marketing exposure for Mattel CP brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing licensing deals and licensee relationships, delivering joint business plans and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Research and identify new category opportunities, preparing brand pitches and marketing presentations to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement Hardlines Category strategies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive top-tier HL licensees.
  • Collaborate with global leads, franchise, and brand teams to analyze market trends and opportunities, and develop joint business plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in consumer products, marketing, or sales, with a strong understanding of the licensing environment.
  • Hardlines knowledge and experience working with toy or product-based businesses.
  • Proven sales negotiation experience and commercial thinking mindset.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to navigate internal and external relationships and stakeholders.
