The Role

We are seeking an experienced and confident Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Fortem Cares, working on the Repairs & Maintenance side in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering and improving customer and client satisfaction across the planned works project.

Key Responsibilities

You will engage with tenants, offer support to the Site Manager, and coordinate access arrangements as necessary. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to deal with sensitive situations will be essential in ensuring any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively.

The Project

Working on planned maintenance and refurbishments/renewals, you will play a key role in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications. You will liaise with customers and residents to ensure a clear understanding of the nature and scope of works happening.

  • Previous experience of working in a customer-facing environment

  • Resilience and strong negotiation skills
  • Full Driving Licence
