At TechnoGen Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Education Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality continuing education (CE) programs for healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the development and delivery of CE programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with accrediting organization requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver CE programs that enhance medical readiness and maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Review and assess CE applications for CE credit worthiness, ensuring that learning objectives are supported by relevant content and materials.
- Recruit and work with presenters to develop high-quality CE content, ensuring that it meets the needs of the target audience.
- Engage with Defense Health Agency (DHA) Point of Contacts to identify qualified presenters and moderators.
- Review and recommend approval or disapproval of CE activities to CEPO administrative leads.
- Ensure that accredited educational activities meet the needs of the target audience by identifying gaps and conducting needs assessments.
- Facilitate technical overviews for upcoming educational events.
- Develop knowledge check questions and post-tests for learners to earn continuing education credit.
- Support the execution of webinar and live activities as needed.
- Oversee event promotion activities, target audience identification, and outreach plans.
- Review CE activity after-action reports and develop them as necessary.
- Develop cogent event titles, summaries, and measurable learning objectives.
- Verify presenter submissions, including curriculum vitae, applicable disclosures, and other agreements.
- Facilitate finalization of continuing education event descriptions through Public Affairs Officers and Center POCs.
- Facilitate communications through the continuing education liaison to the continuing education provider.
- Monitor accrediting bodies, entering information into the learning management system and/or reporting system, maintaining renewed applications, and submitting annual reporting requirements.
- Provide quality checkpoints on deliverables, written documents, and technical requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings/committees to integrate evidence-based practices into educational activities.
