Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Education Facilitator - SME

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Education Facilitator - SME to join our team at TechnoGen Inc. This role will support the development and implementation of continuing education programs for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality educational content.
  • Ensure that educational activities meet the needs of the target audience by identifying gaps and conducting needs assessments.
  • Facilitate the technical overviews for upcoming educational events.
  • Develop knowledge check questions/posttest for learners to earn continuing education credit.
  • Support the execution of webinar and live activities as needed.
  • Oversee event promotion activities, target audience identification, and outreach plans.
  • Review CE activity after-action reports and develop them as necessary.
  • Develop cogent event title summaries, information, and measurable learning objectives.
  • Verify presenter submissions, such as curriculum vitae, applicable disclosures, and other agreements.
  • Facilitate finalization of continuing education event descriptions through Public Affairs Officers and Center POCs for submission to the continuing education provider.
  • Facilitate communications through the continuing education liaison to the continuing education provider.
  • Monitor all accrediting bodies, entering information into the learning management system and/or reporting system, maintaining renewed applications, and submitting annual reporting requirements.
  • Provide quality check points on deliverables, other written documents, and technical requirements.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings/committees to integrate evidence-based practices into educational activities.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare education, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
