About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to complement their needs, achieving daily KPIs
  • Be self-aware and take responsibility for your own learning and development
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain store standards and achieve sales targets
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
