Role Responsibilities
The Catering Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Preparing, cooking, and serving meals
- Understanding dietary preferences to create suitable menus
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations
- Maintaining accurate records and conducting necessary checks
- Managing inventory and procurement within budget constraints
- Leading and mentoring the catering team, providing necessary training and support
- Scheduling staff shifts and managing leave requests
About You

Qualifications
