Key Responsibilities

  • Aligning talent development initiatives, activities, and investments with strategic goals.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for leadership and employees regarding talent development requirements, fostering agency and accountability.
  • Prioritizing stakeholder requests based on business imperatives and insights from talent assessments, learning needs evaluations, engagement survey outcomes, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborating with internal SMEs across various departments to create, curate, and deliver suitable self-service and expert-led learning opportunities aligned with our core and technical competencies.
  • Empowering employees with resources and support to take charge of their career and development, expand their networks, and learn through both formal and informal avenues.
  • Overseeing the comprehensive project management of new learning programs to address business needs.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance our collective capabilities and improve internal career pathways.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, holding them accountable to ensure the fulfillment of commitments.
  • Delivering and facilitating learning experiences as necessary.
  • Managing vendor partnerships in conjunction with procurement.
  • Maintaining our learning and knowledge assets on our Learning Management System (LMS) and Team Hub.
  • Collaborating on broader HR, talent, and performance initiatives as required.

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Knowledge Management Systems.

  • Experience and knowledge in one or more of our technical subject areas would be advantageous.
