Collaborating with the team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping atmosphere, providing a visible presence to safeguard against inventory loss within the store.
As a vital member of the store team, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers and visitors, welcoming, directing, and advising them while remaining alert to any potential threats to the store.
Your responsibilities will include assisting store management in ensuring a secure and safe environment for both employees and customers. By working closely with your colleagues, you will identify and communicate risks, conduct safety and security assessments, relay information, and act as a deterrent on the sales floor.
You will ensure compliance with company policies and standards at the store's entrance, managing visitor sign-ins and maintaining product availability and presentation.
