Are you an ambitious and detail-oriented Account Manager?
We are thrilled to collaborate with a prominent beauty ecommerce company known for its innovative brands that have significantly impacted the market. Due to remarkable growth and success, we are looking to appoint a National Account Manager to assist the Head of Trade and Wholesale in achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, including major retailers.
- Collaborate with retail partners to create and execute promotional pricing strategies, activation plans, assess inventory requirements, generate forecasts, and follow up on orders.
- Oversee Joint Business Plans (JBP).
- Negotiate pricing structures.
- Monitor, analyze, and forecast sales performance.
- Provide insightful and constructive feedback on brand stock projections.
- Coordinate with the New Product Development (NPD) team to gather customer insights, conduct pricing assessments, and meet deadlines.
- Manage the complete setup process for new accounts.
- Organize regular meetings and plan key range review sessions to present updates and introduce new product opportunities aligned with the brands' strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager with major UK retailers; experience with QVC is a plus.
- Background in categories such as beauty, healthcare, or cosmetics.
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate level) and PowerPoint to support thorough commercial data analysis and sales presentations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and a strong planner.
- Analytical and strategic thinker capable of processing data objectively and making informed decisions based on evidence.
- Creative problem-solver who can balance business objectives with the needs of key accounts.
- Diligent and able to manage personal priorities while contributing to team goals and facilitating the work of key account buyers.
- Office-based for 2 days per week, with 3 days dedicated to remote work or client interactions, depending on business requirements.
