National Sales Director

SC4 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our client's vibrant and ambitious team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing large national accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, upsell new product developments, and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Customise solutions to fit client needs and negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key national accounts, including large retailers and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Experience as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager or National Account Manager managing large accounts and driving business growth within the FMCG space.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Ability to travel internationally for client meetings, events, and industry exhibitions.
- Competitive salary of £50k - £55k DOE plus revenue-based bonus.
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shut Down.
