Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Business Support Coordinator. This role will provide administrative and financial support to the Passenger Transport Entitlement Team, with a focus on supporting the delivery of services related to SEND school travel entitlement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process home to school travel applications
  • Maintain accurate systems for recording activity and outcomes
  • Produce timely service and statistical reports
  • Collaborate with other Business Support Officers to support workload and cover as required

Requirements:

  • Administrative work experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
