About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced VAT Senior Manager to join our team at Pro-Finance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing an existing client base and delivering outstanding VAT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our VAT client base, providing first-class industry-leading advice and services.
- Lead a team of VAT professionals, mentoring and developing their skills to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our VAT services and grow our market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in VAT leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering results and growing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
