About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced VAT professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our VAT department, you will be responsible for managing an existing client base and delivering outstanding VAT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our VAT client base, providing first-class industry-leading advice
- Lead a team of VAT professionals, mentoring and developing their skills to ensure the delivery of exceptional services
- Develop and implement VAT strategies to expand our services and grow our market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry partners
Requirements:
- Proven experience in VAT management and leadership, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex VAT regulations and provide innovative solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
