Contract Administrator

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems.
  • Manage CAFM system as key user on site, including PPM records, reactives, and reporting.
  • Issue PO numbers and invoices.
  • Review subcontractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems.
  • Identify and implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and meet client expectations.
  • Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, and Extra Works within contracted SLAs.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
