Job Summary:

Sunseeker International Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering assigned projects and programmes in line with quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams through a strong matrix organisation, ensuring all assigned projects are executed in line with PMO process.
  • Support activities related to the efficiency of the PMO process and associated tools.
  • Work with Training and Human Resources to support staff development, enhancing staff knowledge and retention.
  • Effective management of the team from recruitment, induction, day-to-day management, appraisals, and staff well-being.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in an engineering or manufacturing discipline or substantial capability in this field.
  • Boat and yacht product knowledge and/or experience of highly engineered, bespoke luxury products.
  • Significant Project/Programme management experience gained within a manufacturing industry.
  • Project management process driven, ability to create and track to plans.
  • Microsoft Project or similar experience.
