Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Manage facilities and IT tickets, responding to all requests within required service level agreements (SLAs).
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our membership team, contractors, landlords, and suppliers.
- Space Audits: Work with our membership managers to complete space audits to support operational execution.
- Facilities Team Support: Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure consistent service across all spaces.
- Contractor Management: Support the monitoring of facilities and IT contractors to ensure performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and safely.
- Health and Safety: Assist the facilities manager in ensuring that health and safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices are enforced and conform to current legislation.
- Emergency Response: In the absence of the facilities manager, take control of any emergency situations and evacuation plans.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in delivery of our services and processes, implementing changes as required.
- Document Management: Assist the facilities manager in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier and tender processes.
- Experience: Previous experience in a facilities role, either as a coordinator, assistant, or administrator.
- Attitude: A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong administration skills, highly organized, and able to re-prioritize regularly.
