Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with the senior marketing manager to develop a cohesive global marketing plan for Road & Gravel biking products.
- Brief and collaborate with internal teams to create, launch and optimize both online and offline marketing activities.
- Manage multimedia communications campaigns to drive existing ranges and new product launches, including sponsorships and event-based activity.
- Develop high-quality and compelling marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
- Liaise with Communication, Design and Content teams to develop best-in-class category communications.
- Manage project timelines and track budgets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing & promotional activity and spend, identifying opportunities to optimize spend and improve effectiveness.
- Support the active brand ambassador and digital influencer program.
- Hands-on experience working in a dynamic FMCG or other consumer goods environment.
- Proven experience of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns and the ability to craft compelling consumer stories that drive interest in the brand.
- Ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling and/or experience in the cycling or sports industry.
- Evidence of building strong relationships and positive impacts on people.
- A positive 'glass half full' outlook with a great eye for detail.
- Strong presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders positively.
- Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
- Good IT skills across MS Office and Adobe programs.
- Excellent project management skills, and an eye for putting the right process in place to get the job done.
