CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

WORKING ARRANGEMENT: HYBRID
This role is dynamic, diverse, and challenging. Our client services coordination teams collaborate closely with financial consultants and paraplanners to ensure we provide exceptional service to both prospective and current clients. Backed by our knowledgeable operations management and dedicated training team, our client services coordinators receive comprehensive industry training to maintain a high level of expertise.
The position is ideal for seasoned administrators as well as those eager to embark on a career in the financial sector. With tailored training programs and support for exam preparation, our client services coordinators can enhance their skills, knowledge, and proficiency in the role. For individuals aspiring to advance into paraplanning or advisory roles, our internal paraplanner and advisor academy programs can facilitate your professional journey when the time is right.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in a financial advisory environment is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with our operations and comfort in this demanding yet fulfilling sector.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are crucial for administrative professionals. Effective correspondence with product providers and addressing inquiries from consultants and clients are vital components of the role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. You will support multiple consultants while managing various tasks and deadlines, making the ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure critical.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Our consultants rely heavily on the support of our client services teams. From preparing new business documentation to being available for inquiries, our consultants and administrative teams work in tandem to ensure our clients receive top-notch service.
Daily Responsibilities
- Preparing and assembling client meeting materials for our consultants, including portfolio assessments, application forms, and compliance documents.
- Processing fees related to new and ongoing business and following up on payments.
- Tracking and updating the status of all new business initiatives.
- Conducting anti-money laundering checks and ensuring all client services comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Addressing inquiries and requests from consultants, clients, and product providers.
