As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted and go-to person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our residents
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the development
* Organize activities and events

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
