Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our client's team in Castleford. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting invoices onto Sage and raising sales invoices
  • Processing payments and associated credit control and filing
  • Processing employee expenses and credit card expenses
  • Assisting with ad hoc financial and business projects
  • Dealing with international invoicing and payments

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Essential Skills:
  • Excellent administration and organization skills
  • Thorough and high attention to detail
  • IT literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Demonstrable experience working in a finance team or similar role
  • Experience inputting data
  • Commercial awareness
