Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at JS Recruitment UK. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance operations, ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and chase auction debtor balances daily to ensure timely collection
  • Manage end-to-end credit control, including raising invoices, tracking payments, and escalating overdue accounts
  • Resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process and allocate cash receipts and refunds
  • Proactively manage debtor position, contributing to weekly/monthly reviews
  • Perform ad-hoc finance tasks and general administration as needed


Requirements:


  • Experience in finance administration or similar role
  • Confidence in chasing debtors and resolving queries
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
