Job Title: Worksite Coordinator

The Worksite Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and planning all works nationally on a rolling weekly basis, liaising with both clients and Engineers. This role requires excellent administration skills and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and planning all works nationally on a rolling weekly basis
• Liaising with clients and Engineers to ensure smooth project execution
• Supporting Engineers in the field with training, job information, equipment, and travel arrangements
• Generating and providing various management reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position is essential
• Excellent administration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
