Job Title: Credit Controller

JHE & Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit and ensuring timely payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily debtor balances, chasing debtors to ensure timely payments.
  • Responsible for credit control of the company sales ledger, including raising sales invoices, monitoring payments, and escalating slow receipts.
  • Resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process and allocate cash receipts and refunds.
  • Proactively manage the company debtor position and contribute to weekly/monthly debtor reviews.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and general finance administration as required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of credit control experience.
  • Strong communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
