Job Title: Credit Controller

JHE & Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit and ensuring timely payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily auction debtor balances, chasing debtors to ensure debts are collected within terms.
  • Responsible for credit control of the company sales ledger, including raising sales invoices, monitoring payments, and escalating slow receipts.
  • Resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders, process cash receipts and refunds, and manage the company debtor position.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly debtor reviews, and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of credit control experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build rapport with clients.
  • Confident and able to work individually and as part of a team.
