Job Title: Apprentice Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Credit Controller. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales ledger and credit control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage debtor balances, chasing debts to ensure timely collection
  • Process sales invoices, monitor payments, and escalate slow receipts
  • Resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process cash receipts and refunds
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly debtor reviews
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in sales ledger or credit control
