Automotive Sales Manager

Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Controller to join their team in Camberley. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage and develop the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
