Workday Test Lead / QA Lead Opportunity

Our prestigious legal client is seeking an experienced Workday Test Lead / QA Lead to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will lead the testing across their Workday implementation project, ensuring all testing is documented, tracked, and reported.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Workday Testing/QA, including planning, design, and execution
  • Ensure adherence to the firm's quality standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers
  • Ensure testing best practice, automation, and troubleshooting

The ideal candidate will have strong testing/QA experience, including demonstrable experience in a lead or management role. Proven experience working on a Workday project (alternative HR systems considered) is essential. Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as test management tools such as TestRail and Azure DevOps, are also required.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in the office. The salary is £70-85k per annum.
