Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties:

  • Manage initial inquiries from clients through various communication channels.
  • Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and facilitate the booking process.
  • Promote in-house events and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop innovative strategies to drive business growth.
  • Network with corporate clients to promote event services.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Oversee administrative functions related to event planning, including managing bookings and inquiries.
  • Guide clients through their planning journey, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Prepare and distribute booking information to clients.
  • Ensure all contracts are executed and returned promptly.
  • Handle payment processing in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food orders and dietary accommodations.
  • Manage the return of damage deposits to clients efficiently.
  • Collect client feedback to enhance future services.

Daily Operations:

  • Collaborate with the management team to lead front-of-house staff in delivering exceptional service.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events to the highest standards.
  • Address any issues that arise during events.
  • Maintain records of events, including problem-solving and improvements.
  • Oversee the venue's daily operations, ensuring it is prepared for events and secured afterward.
  • Conduct health and safety checks to ensure compliance.
  • Report to senior management on operational matters.
  • Implement risk management strategies.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Organize tasting events and open days, collaborating with suppliers to inspire clients.
  • Work with senior management to develop new and exciting events.
  • Coordinate with recommended suppliers for promotional content creation.
