Job Duties:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a quality engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions:
This role is based in an engineering environment in South East England. The Quality Assurance Specialist may be required to travel occasionally for audits or meetings.
