Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and manage the Business Management System (BMS) throughout the organization, ensuring that standardized operational practices are upheld and that compliance with customer, regulatory, and certification body standards is maintained through thorough internal audits.

This role also involves supporting all audits conducted by customers, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies.

Additionally, the position requires facilitating regulatory training across the organization, including topics such as Human Factors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the internal audit program in accordance with UK Reg Part 21G, UK Reg Part 145, EASA Part 21G, EASA Part 145, FAA, and AS9100 standards. Lead teams in problem-solving initiatives following AAG standard processes to ensure effective identification of root causes and implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Conduct all customer, regulatory, and certification body audits. Facilitate regulatory training initiatives across the organization, focusing on Human Factors. Maintain and enhance the company’s Business Management System. Assist in the resolution of actions identified during audits conducted by customers, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies, addressing areas for improvement as necessary. Manage the document change control process, ensuring all processes, procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures are up to date. Support the coordination of regulatory requirements and monitor changes in regulations that may impact the organization and its certifications. Ensure that customer specifications are integrated into operational processes and procedures. Contribute to improvement initiatives aligned with the organization’s policy deployment strategy. Maintain quality data to support regular Management Reviews on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Possess adequate knowledge to assist with the FAIR process in accordance with AS9102 standards. Monitor and escalate internal product quality issues as necessary. Engage in improvement activities, including 5S, to enhance quality standards across the organization.

Qualifications:

GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English (Grades A to C). Qualification in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field. Certification in Auditing. Familiarity with Business Management Systems. Proficiency in Administration.
