Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Develop and implement activities that promote learning, socialization, and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and activities.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Hold a relevant qualification in childcare or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
