About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our Group Finance function at Addleshaw Goddard. This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to significantly enhance our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Work in Progress (WIP) across various groups within the firm, ensuring financial excellence.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including fee earners, Partners, and Commercial Finance Managers, to maintain financial hygiene.
  • Minimize lock-up, reduce aged WIP and disbursements, and ensure the timely and accurate issuing of invoices.
  • Conduct bi-annual audits to assess recoverability and manage non-retrievable WIP.
  • Drive billing activities and support billing best practices globally.
Requirements
  • Expertise in revenue management and control processes.
  • Ability to manage priorities and build relationships.
  • Innovative thinking and strong IT skills, especially in Excel.
