Job Title: Aviation Customer Support Executive

At AMETEK, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, including account-related and warranty-related issues.
  3. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to prioritize customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Facilitate the resolution of technical issues between workshops and customers.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including OTD scores and gross margin.
  6. Communicate customer status reports and raise work orders as required.
  7. Maintain accurate records and files for customer accounts.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
