Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from customers, drivers, and internal departments, providing prompt and efficient support.
- Coordinate daily schedules for Biffa drivers, ensuring optimal route planning and timely service delivery.
- Conduct debrief sessions with drivers at the end of each day, addressing any concerns or issues encountered.
