Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for business development, maintaining client relationships, and sourcing top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business development and maintaining client relationships
  • Researching the local marketplace
  • Attending networking events
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the process from the interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Assisting with marketing for the company
  • Being responsible for company social media pages
  • Working to team-based and individual targets
  • All other associated tasks as required by the company
Requirements
  • A strong and proven track record of working within a sales environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and confident manner
  • Ability to multitask and react to client needs in a timely manner
  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of clients and candidates
  • A desire to succeed and build a successful career with a growing company
  • To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team to meet deadlines
