About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role within our Production team at International Procurement & Logistics. As a Production Line Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production staff to ensure the efficient and effective production of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve daily production targets and ensure high-quality products.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations related to food safety and health and safety.
  • Monitor and control production processes to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the packaging team to ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products.
  • Verify product quality and ensure that all finished products meet customer specifications.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and skills.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to production processes and quality control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production or operations management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Good understanding of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and deadlines.
